Background

THREE DAYS OF ACTIVITIES

The first two days were dedicated to the realization of dynamics for collaborative work and learning by playing. The last one was not on the program and came about at the request of the GCLs themselves who were interested in generating a space for conversation about Kenneth and Elias’ 20-year entrepreneurial experience as co-founders of Momento Cero (2005) and Entrepreneur Foundation (2012).

DAY 1.

Immediately after the official welcome to the program’s face-to-face activities at Georgetown University’s Washington DC Campus, it was time to boost the GCLs’ teamwork skills and introduce aspects of creativity and innovation through entertaining experiences.

DAY 2.

In the afternoon, the experience of learning by playing with FinanCity took place. After connecting with what was the beginning of the previous day, the GCLs were organized in groups of 6 people and together they faced the challenge of succeeding in the proposed challenge. They had to deal with multiple emotions and unexpected situations, which helped them to enhance very relevant executive competencies.

DAY 3.

At the end of the class programs on one of the days of that same week, a dozen GCLs wanted to share a space for open conversation to ask how Kenneth and Elias’ story of entrepreneurship went after 20 years since it all started with the co-creation of Momento Cero and Entrepreneur Foundation.
